About the role
The Finance Officer will manage financial operations and public sector financial reporting for Limuru Technical and Vocational College. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Accounting) and CPA Part III.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance or Accounting) or Business Administration (Accounting).
- CPA Part III or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum of three years’ relevant work experience in a TVET college environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of public sector financial reporting and Government Financial Regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory standards.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct and compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
- On‑site role based in Limuru, requiring daily presence at the college campus.
Required skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
