Finance Systems and Process Management Lead

About the role

The Finance Systems and Process Management Lead ensures that finance systems and processes across the Group are aligned to strategy, delivering efficient, well‑controlled operations. The role drives continuous improvement, strengthens internal control, and promotes adoption of digitisation, AI, and robotic process automation within finance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse finance business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps and opportunities for standardisation.
• Assess finance system needs, define business requirements and work with IT, vendors and users to design solutions.
• Lead or support finance system and process improvement projects from design through post‑go‑live support.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle EPM, Finacle and Way4, resolving user challenges.
• Identify automation use cases and support the design of AI, RPA and workflow solutions.
• Prepare and deliver training, develop user guides and manage change communications.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in finance systems, transformation or process improvement within a financial services organisation.
• Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite finance modules and Oracle EPM.
• Strong knowledge of banking finance processes and source systems such as Finacle and Way4.
• Experience in requirements gathering, system design, testing, data migration and user training.
• Exposure to multi‑country or group‑level finance operations is an advantage.
