About the role

OKC Shield, the Insurance & Risk Solutions division of OKUTTA'S CONSULT, is building an elite team of Financial Advisors called The Vanguard Force. Based in Westlands, Nairobi, you will be the face of the brand, helping individuals, families and businesses secure their financial future through tailored insurance and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs through face‑to‑face consultations and market analysis.
• Present customized life, general, medical, and investment‑linked insurance products.
• Develop retirement and wealth‑building strategies aligned with client goals.
• Maintain a personal book of business and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Stay updated on Kenyan financial market trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, advisory services and investments.
• Experience with retirement planning and long‑term strategy development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
