About the role
Britam Holdings Limited, a diversified financial services group listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange, is hiring a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor for its retail distribution team in Kakamega and its environs. The advisor provides clients with expert financial planning, investment advisory and retirement planning services and acts as the main contact for affluent and high-net-worth prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Generate a continuous, dedicated pipeline of retail leads.
- Engage and convert prospects into long-term clients holding premium wealth management and life insurance portfolios.
- Provide financial planning, investment advisory and retirement planning advice.
Required profile
- ECOP certificate issued 23 years and above.
- Resides in Kakamega or the wider Western Region.
- Interests in building a career in insurance and financial services.
- Comfortable working on commission.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
Required skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven.
