Financial Education & Training Officer – Mombasa

About the role

The Financial Education & Training Officer will be based at Ingot Group's Kenya office in Mombasa and will deliver structured learning and training across the company’s financial services platforms. You will create educational content, run webinars and seminars, and support both clients and internal teams to enhance understanding of financial products and trading concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver webinars, seminars and training materials on financial markets and trading platforms.
• Conduct regular client‑facing webinars covering trading fundamentals and platform usage.
• Design and deliver internal training programmes to improve staff knowledge of financial products.
• Develop customised training sessions for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support client‑education initiatives.
• Ensure all training content complies with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or brokerage environment.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation abilities.
