Finishing Carpenter (Flooring Installer)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Carpenter / Flooring Installer to join our residential apartment projects. The role focuses on high‑standard indoor timber flooring and skirting board installation, ensuring a flawless finish for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut and lay timber flooring with precision.
• Install matching skirting boards and ensure neat joint finishing.
• Perform floor levelling and layout arrangement.
• Identify and rectify common on‑site flooring installation defects.
• Operate hand and power tools required for finishing works.
• Interpret basic construction drawings and adhere to project technical specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area and follow safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of relevant experience in residential indoor finishing.
• Senior‑level proficiency with practical carpentry skills.
• Ability to work independently on site and deliver high‑quality results.
