About the role
Primebuild Construction Limited is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Westlands. The role involves supporting the cost management function across multiple construction projects, ensuring accurate pricing and valuation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and price competitive bids for new projects.
- Analyse material and labour cost projections.
- Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
- Conduct project valuations and cost updates.
- Manage cost aspects of projects both on‑site and off‑site.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Registration with BORAQS is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
