About the role

The FMCG Eastern Sales Specialist will drive sales activities across the eastern region, ensuring smooth order processing, payment collection, and effective promotion of core products. This full‑time position requires close collaboration with distributors, wholesalers, promoters, and merchandisers to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Collect payments for cash orders and follow up on clearance procedures for credit customers.
• Assist clients in order preparation and provide professional advice to help them meet sales targets.
• Manage promoters' order collection work for distributors and boost promotion of core FMCG products.
• Guide merchandisers to optimise product displays and increase product awareness in major retail outlets.
• Provide timely feedback to the company on market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience handling distributors, wholesalers, and managing promoters or merchandisers.
• Full‑time commitment.
