About the role
We are looking for a driven FMCG Sales Specialist to join our team on a full‑time basis in Nairobi. The role focuses on expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and build robust relationships with potential clients to expand market reach.
- Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain excellent communication with acquired clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience within the FMCG industry.
- Preferred experience in a similar FMCG sales role.
Required skills
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, target‑driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
