About the role
We are looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our restaurant, bar and room‑service operations in Westlands. You will ensure high service standards, manage costs and support a motivated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all outlets.
- Train, coach and schedule staff while monitoring labor costs.
- Control inventory, manage supplies and enforce cost‑control measures.
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Handle cash, POS procedures and financial reporting.
- Prepare sales and performance reports in line with hotel policies.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage.
- Strong leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
- Inventory management.
