Food Services Warehouse Foreman (Tier 4)

About the role

Fluor is seeking a motivated Warehouse Foreman to lead a team responsible for storing, controlling, and distributing food‑service materials and supplies at the Manda Bay site. The role ensures proper handling, rotation, and documentation of inventory while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse personnel and assign tasks as needed.
• Review work orders, identify items to be moved, and determine proper destinations.
• Receive, store, and distribute materials, updating records to reflect movements.
• Count, weigh, and record inventory quantities accurately.
• Ensure compliance with storage requirements such as temperature control and handling guidelines.
• Rotate stock according to facility procedures to prevent spoilage.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely.
• Perform general labor, maintain cleanliness, and support safety regulations (TB MED 530, OSHA 1910.1200).

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of related warehouse or food‑services experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties safely.
