About the role

KOULLS is seeking a Former Owner to provide strategic guidance and continuity as the company evolves. This full‑time, on‑site position in Nairobi will work closely with the executive team to shape vision, long‑term goals and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on company vision, strategy and long‑term objectives.
• Support decision‑making by reviewing performance data and evaluating new initiatives.
• Preserve institutional knowledge and mentor team members.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment with KOULLS’ mission and values.
• Help foster a culture of innovation, accountability and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Background in technology, software solutions, mobility services or related industries.
• Proven experience in business leadership, ownership or executive management.
• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience in operations, finance or governance with data‑driven decision support.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive and sustainable business practices.
