Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a leading global software and IT consulting firm. In this fully remote position you will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, integrate, and scale AI solutions, ensuring smooth adoption and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and continuously improve solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems.
• Provide technical leadership through customer training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
