Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely with enterprise customers, deploying and integrating AI solutions that drive business impact. The role blends hands‑on technical implementation with direct customer interaction to ensure successful adoption of cutting‑edge models.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and scale AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure on AWS, GCP or Azure for enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot production issues in real time, minimizing downtime and maintaining system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
• Produce and maintain clear documentation for deployed environments and future roll‑outs.
• Provide technical guidance, training and best‑practice recommendations to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement.
