Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely with enterprise customers, deploying and integrating AI solutions at scale. The role blends hands‑on technical work with direct customer interaction to ensure successful adoption of cutting‑edge models.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems.
• Provide technical leadership through training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• AI/ML model deployment and scaling.
