Founding Team Member – Community, Creative & Tech Lead

About the role

The IN BETWEEN is building a community for people navigating the process of becoming. We are seeking three founding members – a Community & Partnerships Lead, a Creative & Communications Lead, and a Technology & Digital Systems Lead – to turn this vision into a growing, engaged community. During an initial 30‑day sprint you will work closely with the team, shape community experiences, and have a real voice in how the platform develops.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture the community: engage members, organise conversations and events, and build relationships with organisations and individuals.
• Identify relevant opportunities and create partnerships that bring value to the community.
• Create social media content, graphics, visual materials and storytelling that communicate the community’s purpose.
• Design, launch and maintain the website, digital forms, communication systems, information organisation and simple automations to support growth.
• Test early community experiences, gather feedback and iterate on processes and systems.

• Strong belief in THE IN BETWEEN’s vision and desire to help build it from the early stage.
• Ownership of work, proactive initiative and reliable follow‑through on commitments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a small, fast‑moving team.
