Franchise Recruitment Officer – Sales Executive

About the role

Tayba Farms Limited is expanding its Kuku Box network of mobile chicken stalls across Nairobi. As a Franchise Recruitment Officer / Sales Executive you will turn interested prospects into signed operators, driving growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to leads from website, phone, WhatsApp, social media and walk‑ins.
• Qualify prospects through discovery calls, assessing capital, availability and temperament.
• Conduct background, reference and financial checks and document results.
• Host prospects at operating stalls, demonstrating unit economics, equipment handling and stock ordering.
• Guide candidates through Franchise and Lease Agreements, answer questions, secure signatures and collect deposits.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and provide weekly conversion reports to the Head of Franchise.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of direct, target‑carrying sales experience (e.g., agent acquisition, insurance, real estate lettings, micro‑finance, FMCG distribution or franchising).
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Strong persuasion, resilience and self‑management skills.
• Comfortable working field‑based across Nairobi’s estates and markets.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
