About the role
We are looking for a freelance recruiter to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for our clients and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Match candidates to client requirements and ensure timely submission of profiles.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs.
- Collaborate with the Work Gratitude recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Mid‑level experience with at least 24 months in recruitment.
