Front Office - Sales

About the role

The Front Office – Sales professional will act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, promoting MedPrime Training College’s programmes and guiding applicants through the admission process. This role combines sales, customer service and administrative duties to maximise enrolment while maintaining a welcoming front‑office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students and achieve assigned enrollment targets.
• Promote academic programmes through direct marketing, telesales, social media, school visits, exhibitions and community outreach.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, social media and walk‑ins.
• Guide applicants through the admission process, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Receive and attend to visitors professionally while keeping the front office organized and efficient.
• Record inquiries, applications, admissions and recruitment activities in the institution’s systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, communities and referral partners.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on recruitment and enrollment performance.
• Represent the institution professionally and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Customer Service, Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, admissions, customer service or student recruitment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
