Frontend Web Developer – HTML & CSS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer specialized in HTML and CSS to join a high‑traffic platform project on a contract basis. This remote position allows you to collaborate with design and development teams to deliver pixel‑perfect, responsive user interfaces for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices.
• Translate mockups from Figma, Sketch, or similar tools into functional UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front‑end best practices.

Required profile

• Proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile‑first development.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) or utility frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• Strong knowledge of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
• Ability to implement designs accurately from design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
