Full Cycle Sales Representative (English/French)

About the role

A growing company in the transportation and mobility industry is looking for a Full Cycle Sales Representative based in Nairobi, on site. The role suits people who enjoy prospecting, building relationships, presenting solutions and closing new business. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, under an indefinite term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls and business consultations.
• Present business solutions and SaaS products to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and close deals.
• Maintain client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, business development, account executive, SaaS sales or related sales roles.
• Proven experience in both prospecting and closing deals.
• Professional communication skills in English and French.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities with an organized pipeline.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar.
