Full-time Waitress – Beachfront Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waitress to join our team at Jumba Ruins Monsoon, a beachfront restaurant in Mombasa County, Kenya. This full-time, on-site position involves serving guests in a relaxed, casual setting while maintaining the high standards of service that our patrons expect.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders accurately and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues courteously.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service processes.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus.
