Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Hotel Vannah, a three‑star hotel in Migori, Kenya, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead its restaurant and bar operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards and ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate waitstaff and other F&B team members in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Apply marketing knowledge to promote the hotel’s food and beverage offerings.
• Handle customer care issues and implement solutions to improve guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within a busy hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Immediate availability to start work.
