Fullstack Django & React Developer Internship (Unpaid)

About the role

Vibes Meet LLC is looking for a motivated Full‑Stack Developer to work remotely on a part‑time basis. You will spend 4 hours each day building and maintaining web applications using React and Django, with the possibility of converting to a paid position after the internship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React, ensuring fast load times and a seamless experience.
• Integrate RESTful APIs into the frontend and manage state using Redux or Context API.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services with Django and Python.
• Design and expose RESTful APIs for frontend‑backend communication.
• Manage database schemas and handle data efficiently using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFront.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers through code reviews and regular communication.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for remote teamwork.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, ChakraUI, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Material‑UI
• Django, Python, RESTful API development
• PostgreSQL, MySQL (or equivalent relational databases)
• AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
• Docker, basic Kubernetes knowledge
