Gardener – Kakamega (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Gardener to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces in Kakamega. This full‑time position involves daily planting, pruning, lawn care, and general garden upkeep to ensure a clean and attractive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants.
• Mow and maintain lawns and grass areas.
• Weed garden beds and keep outdoor areas tidy.
• Prepare soil, plant seedlings, and apply appropriate fertilizers.
• Identify and control pests and plant diseases.
• Trim hedges, bushes, and trees as required.
• Maintain gardening tools and equipment properly.
• Dispose of garden waste appropriately.
• Perform other gardening and landscaping duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work.
• Hardworking, honest, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good time‑management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
