General Manager – Signage & Large‑Format Printing

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead our Nairobi operations in the signage, branding and large‑format printing sector. The role is responsible for overall business performance, revenue generation, operational efficiency and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate clients, retail chains, banks, telcos, FMCG companies and marketing agencies.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution including design, fabrication, printing and installation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining production processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in signage, branding, exhibitions, large‑format printing or a related industry.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong experience in operations and project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing a P&L or business unit.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
