German-Speaking Business Development Agent (Partnerships & Affiliate)

About the role

This commercial, people‑facing position manages partner relationships, sells advertising placements on the company’s website and newsletter, and attracts new brands and shops. It offers real ownership from day one and is open to candidates with affiliate experience or strong sales, account‑management or partnership backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with partners, primarily in the DACH region.
• Sell advertising placements on the website and newsletter to generate revenue.
• Identify and onboard new brands and shops to the platform.

Required profile

• Fluent German and good English.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, partnerships or marketing.
• Confidence in negotiating and building relationships with business partners.
• Comfort working with performance data and a willingness to learn affiliate metrics.
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to increase efficiency.
• Self‑driven, organised and able to work independently in a remote setup.
