About the role
The Global Head of Guarantees will lead PIDG’s worldwide guarantees business, shaping strategy, driving growth and overseeing product development. This senior executive position is responsible for portfolio performance, capital structuring and managing stakeholder relationships across African and Asian markets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global guarantees strategy, including GuarantCo initiatives.
- Drive business growth and develop new guarantee products tailored to infrastructure projects.
- Oversee portfolio performance, risk management and capital structuring.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, development banks, governments and private sector partners.
- Lead multi‑regional teams and ensure alignment across London, Nairobi and Singapore operations.
Required profile
- Extensive senior experience in infrastructure finance, guarantees or credit enhancement.
- Proven track record with debt products, capital structuring and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑region businesses and manage complex stakeholder networks.
