Global Lead, CRRD Data & Analytics

About the role

The Global Lead, CRRD Data & Analytics will drive the execution of the CRRD data roadmap within the International Rescue Committee’s Strategy 100 Phase 2. Reporting to the Senior Directors of METAL and Data Transformation, the role will oversee a team that standardises data collection, integrates programme, award and finance data, and delivers actionable insights to decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of the CRRD data roadmap as part of the organisation’s Data Transformation agenda.
• Standardise collection and aggregation of programme data across fragmented systems.
• Integrate programme data with awards and finance data within IRC’s systems of record.
• Produce timely, trustworthy dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Champion adoption of reliable systems of record and reduce reliance on parallel trackers.
• Ensure data quality and consistency to support rapid, data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data analytics or data transformation teams in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, integration and reporting processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to drive adoption of new data systems.
