Global Recruiting Partner – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Foundation is seeking a driven, agile Global Recruiting Partner to lead end‑to‑end regional recruitment across a broad portfolio of programmatic, operational and senior leadership positions. Based in Nairobi, you will champion the organization’s employee value proposition and build diverse talent pipelines worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical, operational and executive roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies for global markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
• Utilize recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday and TalentNeuron to map talent markets and build pipelines.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitive research and maintain expertise on global labor trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a high‑volume, global environment.
• Proven expertise in executive search, talent mapping and proactive sourcing across Africa and other regions.
• Strong consultative approach with ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while delivering high‑quality candidate experiences.
