Global Regulatory Associate Director – Life Cycle Management

About the role

The Global Regulatory Associate Director will independently manage regulatory maintenance activities for a high‑complexity product portfolio, ensuring timely and compliant submissions across major regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory maintenance deliverables, including safety reports, variations and renewals.
• Act as liaison with health authorities, handling complex regulatory queries and providing scientific justifications.
• Identify risks, gaps and trade‑offs to support timely approvals and minimise delays.
• Lead cross‑functional strategic input and mentor junior associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in regulatory maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven knowledge of global regulatory submission and approval processes across major regions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional, global matrix environments.

• Experience with planning, execution and review of regulatory submissions.
