Graduate Grants Program Support Intern

About the role

World Vision is seeking a motivated Graduate Grants Program Support Intern to assist its Grants Programme in Nairobi. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on international grant management, support workshops across multiple countries, and contribute to resource mobilisation in fragile contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and organization of workshops and forums for grant participants in several countries.
• Assist in monitoring and analysing grant data, preparing reports for senior staff.
• Contribute to research on emerging global trends, resource mobilisation and community development.
• Provide technical support for grant and fund management processes.
• Coordinate communication with partners and beneficiaries, ensuring compliance with programme guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, economics or a related field, obtained within the last two years.
• Knowledge of global development trends, resource mobilisation and fragile contexts.
• Experience planning and organising multi‑country workshops or forums.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Experience in data analysis and report preparation.
