Graduate Intern - Marketing

About the role

PZ Cussons East Africa Ltd is looking for a Graduate Intern in its Marketing function. The role provides support to the assigned department while giving practical experience in a fast-paced environment. The intern assists with day-to-day operations, data analysis, reporting, project execution and administrative activities, and develops the skills needed for a professional career. The position reports to the Department Manager / Functional Head.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily departmental operations and administrative activities.
• Collect, compile and analyse data for reporting purposes.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and business documentation.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordination activities.
• Conduct research and market analysis where required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Recent graduate.
• Previous internship, attachment, volunteer or project experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• High attention to detail, quick learner and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
