Graduate Sales Export Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our export sales team in Nairobi. The Graduate Sales Export Administrator will support international shipments, handle export documentation and provide data‑driven insights to optimise our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and organise export documents while ensuring compliance.
• Assist freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers and internal teams to track shipments and resolve delays.
• Clean, process and maintain export sales, freight cost and shipping datasets.
• Update shipping dashboards and visualise logistics KPIs using spreadsheet and visualisation tools.
• Document standard operating procedures and identify cost‑saving or bottleneck opportunities through analysis.
• Participate in supply‑chain meetings and contribute data‑based improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 12 months) with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of international trade concepts and commercial terms.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving ability for logistics documentation and datasets.
• Effective communication of operational findings to cross‑functional teams.
