Graduate Trainee – Human Resources

About the role
We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as a Graduate Trainee. This role offers hands‑on exposure to core HR functions in a dynamic, professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Support employee relations initiatives.
- Handle HR administration tasks.
- Participate in onboarding and training activities.
- Maintain attendance records and employee files.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to two years of work experience.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Kenyan labour laws is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
