About the role
We are looking for a Graduate Trainee in Operations to join our dynamic manufacturing environment. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to apply engineering knowledge to real‑world operational practices.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or Production Technology.
- Maximum of two years post‑university experience.
- Age 28 years or below.
- At least a B+ grade in KCSE.
- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
