About the role

JM Associates LLP is seeking recent graduates (or those graduating in 2026) to join a 12‑month Graduate Trainee Programme in Nairobi. The programme offers hands‑on experience across consulting, audit, tax, finance and marketing, providing a solid foundation for a professional career.

Available opportunities

• Audit Trainee – Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; recent graduate or awaiting 2026 graduation; pursuing a professional certification.
• Internal Audit Trainee – Similar qualifications to Audit Trainee.
• Tax Trainee – Bachelor’s in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related; interest in tax specialization; pursuing a professional certification.
• Accounts Trainee – Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related; interest in accounting specialization; pursuing a professional certification.
• Corporate Finance Trainee – Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related; pursuing a professional certification.
• Marketing Trainee – Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or related; optional CIM certification; proficiency in Canva and basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) or awaiting graduation in 2026 with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification relevant to the chosen track.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creative problem‑solving, self‑motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to commute daily to Nairobi for the full‑time, onsite programme.

Required skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva (for marketing trainees).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
