Graphic Design Manager – Overseas Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead visual design for our overseas marketing initiatives. You will create high‑impact key visuals, build a scalable visual system, and guide a design team to support brand growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop core visual designs for overseas campaigns, producing key visuals (KV) and a full suite of assets such as posters, social media graphics, video covers, and offline event materials.
• Adapt visual styles to local cultural characteristics while preserving global brand consistency.
• Design product marketing collateral for overseas markets, including brochures, launch posters, product detail page visuals, and short‑form video covers.
• Build, optimise, and manage the overseas visual design system, including guidelines, templates, and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks for the design team, manage timelines, and provide creative guidance.
• Collaborate with Overseas Marketing, Product, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into visual solutions.
• Stay current with global design and marketing trends, ensuring visual competitiveness in overseas markets.
• Conduct final quality and compliance reviews to meet local laws, regulations, and cultural sensitivities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, including 1–2+ years of team‑management experience.
• Experience with well‑known advertising agencies or large commercial design projects.
• Proven ability to independently create campaign KVs and deliver complete design asset sets.
• Experience in overseas markets or international brand projects is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other mainstream design tools.
