Graphic Designer – Creative Department

About the role

Vacker Company Limited, an outdoor and indoor advertising firm operating in Kenya and Uganda, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Creative Department in Westlands, Nairobi. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will help bring brands to life across billboards, digital signage, and other marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for digital and print campaigns.
• Produce artwork for billboards, digital signage, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing and client‑facing teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Prepare final files for production and ensure delivery timelines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred; diploma acceptable with strong experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative design, preferably in advertising or branding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of motion graphics and video editing (plus).
