Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a talented designer with a strong understanding of branding to join our marketing team and consistently present our properties and brand across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality marketing materials such as brochures, property flyers, adverts, signage and presentations using established brand templates.
• Apply brand guidelines accurately and consistently to every piece of work.
• Create engaging content for social media channels and help plan and run campaigns.
• Support sales, rentals and commercial agents with their marketing needs, coordinating requests through the Marketing Manager while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
• Clear understanding of branding and experience working within strict brand guidelines.
• Strong command of the Adobe design suite, especially InDesign, with Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency.
• Comfortable working quickly with templates, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience planning, designing and executing campaigns on various social media platforms.
• Knowledge of video editing software.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership and grow with the company; real‑estate or property marketing experience is a plus.
