Graphics & Web Designer

About the role

Pawa IT is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphics & Web Designer to become the visual storyteller of the brand. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will shape the company’s visual identity across digital, print, and web platforms while ensuring consistency with strategic brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual assets for social media, email campaigns, sales presentations, and digital ads.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, producing offline collateral such as brochures, banners, and event materials.
• Produce basic motion graphics, GIFs, and short videos using Figma, CapCut Pro, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design intuitive web pages and landing pages on WordPress, collaborating with engineering to preserve design integrity.
• Manage website updates, monitor analytics, and apply on‑page SEO and accessibility best practices (WCAG fundamentals).
• Organise a clean library of design assets and stay current with design trends and web technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in both graphic and web design.
• Strong eye for detail, ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
