Group Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

Rendeavour is looking for a results‑driven Group Head of Digital Marketing to steer the company’s global digital strategy and performance. This senior position blends strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, focusing on innovation, AI enablement, and measurable growth across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the worldwide digital marketing strategy across web, paid media, social, SEO, and email.
• Translate business objectives into clear digital goals, campaign briefs, and KPI targets.
• Lead the external digital agency, set scopes of work, KPIs (CPL, CTR, CAC), and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee multi‑country campaign rollout, adapting tactics to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinate with regional teams to localise messaging, creative assets, and conduct A/B testing for optimisation.
• Maintain centralized dashboards, integrate data with Salesforce CRM, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI and Martech tools to enhance campaign efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in digital marketing leadership, preferably within a multi‑market environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to inspire and develop internal and external teams.
