Growth Marketer

About the role

Synnefa is seeking a Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition, engagement and retention for its agritech solutions. Based on‑site in Nairobi County, Kenya, you will design and run multi‑channel growth campaigns, optimise conversion funnels and use data‑driven insights to improve user journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth campaigns across digital, events and partnership channels.
• Analyse web and product analytics to identify optimisation opportunities and refine messaging.
• Collaborate with sales, product and customer‑success teams to align initiatives with partner needs.
• Generate and nurture leads through email, digital outreach and event‑based marketing.
• Contribute to brand positioning and content creation for the agritech sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, preferably in technology, agritech or impact‑focused organisations.
• Strong background in growth hacking, funnel optimisation and scalable acquisition strategies.
• Ability to design, launch and measure multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nairobi and attend occasional field visits.
