Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Zemo is seeking a full‑stack Growth Marketing Manager to own pipeline generation for its B2B financial operations platform. You will blend data‑driven outbound automation with creative, community‑led initiatives to turn qualified business opportunities into sales pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain highly targeted databases of ideal business customers using modern data tools.
• Design, write, and optimise multi‑step cold email and LinkedIn sequences that drive replies from financial decision‑makers.
• Set up and manage secondary domains, email warm‑ups, and inbox health to ensure technical deliverability.
• Oversee website landing pages, forms and digital touchpoints to improve visitor‑to‑demo conversion rates.
• Plan and execute community events such as monthly Accountant Game Nights and quarterly CFO Panels, handling audience acquisition and RSVP management.
• Repurpose raw show episodes into short‑form video and LinkedIn content aimed at lead capture.
• Channel event and content leads into hyper‑targeted sales follow‑up sequences.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B fintech or SaaS growth marketing.
• Self‑starter comfortable with fast‑paced, lean experimentation.
• Strong B2B copywriting ability, especially when pitching to senior finance leaders.
• Data‑obsessed mindset, regularly monitoring open, reply and CPL metrics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with growth tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist or PhantomBuster.
• Proficiency in building and managing automated outbound workflows.
• Experience with email deliverability infrastructure (secondary domains, warm‑ups).
• Ability to optimise landing pages and conversion funnels.
