Guest Experience Expert – Concierge

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights.
• Move about the property, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Ensure guest safety by following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a hotel or luxury service environment (5‑Star desirable).

Required skills

• Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods and lift/carry objects ≤10 lb.
• Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards, follow company policies, and present a professional uniform and appearance.
