About the role

Palacina Nairobi, a leading boutique hotel, is looking for a professional Guest Shuttle Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and welcoming transportation for its guests. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a seamless travel experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests safely and professionally to and from designated destinations.
• Deliver a warm, courteous welcome and assist with luggage when needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all traffic regulations and company safety procedures.

Required profile

• Valid Kenyan Driving Licence.
• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Nairobi’s road network.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• PSV licence is an added advantage.
