About the role
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Head Gardener to maintain and enhance the beauty, safety and overall condition of our private school grounds in Nakuru.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily care of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees and shrubs.
- Plan and implement landscaping designs and improvements.
- Identify plants and manage feeding, pruning and pest control.
- Supervise and guide junior grounds staff.
- Maintain gardening tools and equipment.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in Gardening and Landscaping.
- Minimum 4 years of professional gardening and landscaping experience.
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, care and maintenance.
- Experience in landscape design and implementation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, disciplined and professional attitude.
