Head of Brand Operations (Personal Brand & Business Ecosystem)

About the role

We are looking for a senior operator to lead the Brand Operations of Keith Muoki’s fast‑growing personal brand. The role sits at the intersection of coaching, digital products, live experiences and platform‑based businesses, acting as the bridge between vision and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all departments (content, events, sales, platform, media) to ensure clear roles, accountability and delivery.
• Guard brand integrity, tone and public perception, acting as the gatekeeper for all outward communication.
• Oversee content direction across TikTok, livestreams and other social platforms, ensuring consistency, frequency and quality.
• Plan and execute live events, coaching programmes and shows, delivering premium experiences and strong attendance.
• Monitor and improve performance of books, courses and digital products, working with marketing and sales to optimise conversions.
• Lead the Kujuana Matchmaking platform, driving growth, engagement and operational performance while aligning with brand values.
• Track key metrics across all departments, identify inefficiencies and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of proven experience leading brand or operations functions in a fast‑moving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and enforce execution standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to protect and articulate brand positioning.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality live events and digital product performance.

• Base salary of KES 50,000 per month.
