About the role
We’re looking for a senior healthcare/pharmaceutical commercial leader who knows how to turn a portfolio into revenue, margin and market growth. This role involves overseeing both OTC and Rx product lines across multiple channels, driving P&L performance and leading sales and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- OTC and Rx commercialization across pharmacy, wholesale and trade channels.
- Engagement with healthcare professionals, hospitals and key account managers.
- Management of P&L, pricing, forecasting and revenue growth.
- Leadership of sales and marketing teams.
- Development of e‑commerce and emerging distribution channels.
- Brand‑building and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Expansion into gyms and supplement retail.
Required profile
- 10+ years in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare or healthcare distribution with senior commercial leadership experience in Kenya.
- Proven track record of leading both OTC and Rx portfolios and delivering measurable commercial growth.
