Head of Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead acquisition and scaling for our language‑learning app. You will own the end‑to‑end growth engine, turning strong traction into 3–5× business growth while maintaining healthy unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the primary acquisition channel (Meta) and continuously test new channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Google Search and App Store Search.
• Identify and eliminate growth bottlenecks, addressing creative fatigue, rising CPMs, channel saturation and funnel drop‑offs.
• Own the full acquisition funnel—from ad impression to subscription—optimising quiz flows, landing pages and conversion journeys.
• Monitor and improve core metrics (ROAS, CAC, payback period, LTV) and make data‑driven decisions.
• Drive creative strategy, testing velocity, messaging, hooks and formats to boost performance.
• Lead, mentor and expand the marketing team, shaping structure and hiring as the business scales.
• Define the growth roadmap, prioritise high‑impact opportunities and allocate resources to deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience scaling a consumer subscription product through high‑growth stages with clear personal impact.
• Proven track record managing large Meta budgets efficiently.
• Success launching and scaling acquisition channels beyond Meta.
• Deep understanding of the full conversion journey from first impression to paid subscriber.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimise key growth metrics.
